& Hearing Center in Jamestown

Over the years, our practice has grown to include an additional office in Jamestown, NY. Our Jamestown office is located within an ENT physician’s building. This allows for increased accessibility to ENT care if needed. The office contains a double suite hearing testing facility, and, similar to all of our offices, top notch testing equipment. Clients from Jamestown, Warren, Falconer, Asheville, Mayville, Southern Chautauqua County, and other cities in New York and Pennsylvania visit us regularly. Local industry clients— including Cummins Engine and Jamestown Community College—take advantage of special discount programs for hearing aids.

Also located in our Jamestown office is our center for compensation claims for hearing aids. The clients who have received a compensation settlement for hearing loss are entitled to hearing aid coverage as part of their compensation claim. We process all claims to the insurance carrier, getting payment for the hearing aids from the compensation insurance company.

We will begin by looking inside your ears with an otoscope and then we will perform a variety of tests that will determine your hearing ability. After the evaluation we will sit down with you and your family to discuss the result and determine all of your possible options.

Custom Fitting

We will custom fit and program your hearing aids to your specific needs. Most people are not familiar with how to properly wear a hearing aid. We will show you the step-by-step process for inserting and removing your hearing aids so you can be sure you’re using them correctly.

Hearing Aid Cleaning and Repair

Your hearing aids are going to be with you during most of your daily activities, so naturally at some point they will need maintenance. We offer comprehensive cleanings and repairs on all makes and models of hearing aids. In order to get the most out of your hearing aids and to protect your investment, it’s recommended that you schedule yearly service appointments.
