Over the years our practice has expanded to include four convenient office locations, including one in Olean, NY. We provide the patients of Olean with complete hearing services including evaluations, hearing aid fittings, cleaning, and repairs. The Olean office is inside the Medical Arts Building, located next to Tops.

Dunkirk Location

Our office in Dunkirk, NY was established in 1959. For three generations, we have provided hearing aids and complete audiology services to Northern Chautauqua County, including the Fredonia, Silver Creek, Cassadaga, Westfield, and Angola areas. The Dunkirk office is handicap accessible and has convenient parking at the door, allowing for easy access for all of our patients. We provide complete hearing aid services with a hearing aid repair lab onsite.

Many hearing aid repairs can be performed in-office, as we have a countless stock of hearing aid replacement parts. We can fix all brands of hearing aids, including Miracle Ear and Beltone hearing aids. One of the major advantages of doing business with us locally is the ability to service what we sell! This allows for a longer life span for the hearing aid. Employees from local businesses, including Universal Stainless, ECR Incorporated, and SUNY Fredonia are given discounts for hearing aids through our local discount program.

Jamestown Location

Over the years, our practice has grown to include an additional office in Jamestown, NY. Our Jamestown office is located within an ENT physician’s building. This allows for increased accessibility to ENT care if needed. The office contains a double suite hearing testing facility, and, like all our offices, top notch testing equipment. Patients from Jamestown, Warren, Falconer, Asheville, Mayville, Southern Chautauqua County, and other cities in New York and Pennsylvania visit us regularly. Local industry clients— including Cummins Engine and Jamestown Community College—take advantage of special discount programs for hearing aids.

Also located in our Jamestown office is our center for compensation claims for hearing aids. The clients who have received a compensation settlement for hearing loss are entitled to hearing aid coverage as part of their compensation claim. We process all claims to the insurance carrier, getting payment for hearing aids from the compensation insurance company.

Orchard Park Location

Our Orchard Park location has been open for over 18 years. Located in the heart of Orchard Park in the Executive Offices, we are next to the Bicycle Museum and just steps from Panera Bread. The office in Orchard Park allows for convenient care for hearing aids and audiology services for the patients we see regularly from Erie County and Buffalo, NY. We serve Hamburg, West Seneca, East Aurora, Lackawanna, and Springville as well as Eden and Evans.

The Orchard Park office processes a large volume of Empire Insurance claims for hearing aids for our patients who are NYS employees and NYS correctional officers. Our special Empire Insurance Hearing Aid Program allows for a 4-year warranty for new hearing aids for those covered under Empire Health Insurance. Empire Health Insurance covers one right and one left hearing aid every four years.
