Our owner and audiologist, Joseph Gullo, is dedicated to providing quality service to our patients. With four convenient locations, we help patients manage hearing loss across Olean, Dunkirk, Orchard Park, and Jamestown. We use best practices to fit and program your hearing aids, ensuring they are comfortable for you.
What to Expect at
Your First Appointment
No matter which of our four locations you visit, you will always be provided with excellent service. When you arrive, you will fill out some light paperwork. Once you’ve completed your paperwork our audiologist will greet you and bring you back for your appointment.
1. To begin your appointment, we will take a case history, which includes going over the paperwork you filled out while waiting. We will talk to you about your hearing and build an idea of what is happening in your ears.
