Our Audiology &
Hearing Center in Orchard Park

Our Orchard Park location has been open for over 18 years. Located in the heart of Orchard Park in the Executive Offices, we are next to the Bicycle Museum and just steps from Panera Bread. The office in Orchard Park allows for convenient care for hearing aids and audiology services for the clients we see regularly from Erie County and Buffalo, NY. We serve Hamburg, West Seneca, East Aurora, Lackawanna, and Springville as well as Eden and Evans.

The Orchard Park office processes a large volume of Empire Insurance claims for hearing aids for our clients who are NYS employees and NYS correctional officers. Our special Empire Insurance Hearing Aid Program allows for a 4-year warranty for new hearing aids for those covered under Empire Health Insurance. Empire Health Insurance covers one right and one left hearing aid every four years.

Hearing Evaluations

We provide comprehensive audiology evaluations. The hearing test itself is quick and painless. We will begin by looking inside your ears with an otoscope and then we will perform a variety of tests that will determine your hearing ability. After the evaluation we will sit down with you and your family to discuss the result and determine all of your possible options.

Custom Fitting

We will custom fit and program your hearing aids to your specific needs. Most people are not familiar with how to properly wear a hearing aid. We will show you the step-by-step process for inserting and removing your hearing aids so you can be sure you’re using them correctly.

Hearing Aid Cleaning and Repair

Your hearing aids are going to be with you during most of your daily activities, so naturally at some point they will need maintenance. We offer comprehensive cleanings and repairs on all makes and models of hearing aids. In order to get the most out of your hearing aids and to protect your investment, it’s recommended that you schedule yearly service appointments.

Tinnitus “ringing in the ears,” is a noise you perceive that does not come directly from your environment. It is often described as sounding like a ringing or buzzing in the ears. The majority of the time, it’s a symptom of untreated hearing loss. It’s a condition that currently has no known cure. However, there are many steps we can take to manage tinnitus and provide relief for our patients.

In-Home Visits

We understand that some people have obstacles that prevent them from making it to our office. We don’t believe that should stop them from taking control of their hearing loss, and that’s why we offer in-home hearing tests. Compensation Cases

Located in our Jamestown office is our center for compensation claims for hearing aids. The clients who have received a compensation settlement for hearing loss are entitled to hearing aid coverage as part of their compensation claim. We process all claims to the insurance carrier, getting payment for the hearing aids from the compensation insurance company.
